Scratch In second?

Scratch In second?

I can shift regular, and if i give the clutch time to settle, and let the rpms go down, I can put second good, but if i try to shift regular, or powershift, or just shift a little quicker, it scratches, wht is the problem and what can I do?

sounds like syncos so need to be rebuild

i have a problem with my second gear too but my problem is you can put it in from 1st to 2nd any way but if you try to down sift from 3rd in will not go in or you have to slow down a lot before it can what kind of problem might that be

hmmmmmmmmm.............then im gonna go and get a t2 drivetrain because im converting to turbo soon anyways.

running a good synthetic in the trans might help. something like redline mt90 can seemingly revitalize synchros.
