Scraping noise from right rear

Just did new rear rotors and pads. Now everytime I take a left turn, either forward or reverse, or when I go over a bump, I hear a scraping noise like metal on rotating metal (similiar to when a pad worn down to the backing is stopping a rotor).

Any ideas? I'll be checking the car out tommorow, just wondering what I should look for.

That was my thought, but why would that only contact when the suspension is compressed, isn't the dust shield on the same hub as the rotor?
