Saving my rx

So i need to find an engine to last me about 3 months, so basically through summer. I got a guy to pull the engine and put a new one in for cheap but problem is i need to find a running engine first. I really want to keep my engine right now, so i can rebuild it in 3 months. So i dont want to get a rebuilt one. Where should i be looking to get a motor with generally low miles on it. Or if anyone is selling one that currently runs. Any help is appreciated.

Is there such thing as a cheap engine? Spend $300 on a cheap buick and drive that instead. That way when your car is running again u got a back up for when your rx7 breaks again.

very good idea, and that way you dont have to swap again

while youre at it, buy a car that complements your RX-7, something decent on gas that can move 5 people and some cargo, station wagon is a good choice

I actually bought a Taurus SHO just to get me around in the other months. It's sorta odd because I like it as much as my 7 now. They're opposites and I now have two cars that fit every one of my needs.

So buy another car, it'd be worth it.
