Is this safe setup/how much would i be putting to the ground?

Is this safe setup/how much would i be putting to the ground?
1991 NA with Complete S5 Engine/Driveline swap
1989 13BT Engine with Series 4 Turbo/Manifold
No Airpump, ACV, PS, vacuum mod done (4 vac lines on complete engine)
3" Thunderfabrications DP/MP combination
3" HKS Hiper Drivers side exit exhaust
Mazdatrix FCD
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Apexi SAFC
ACT upgraded PP w/ a stock level disk
K&N Intake filter (Stock TID)
With the above set up around what lb boost will i be running, i was thinking around 225-250rwhp, but i might be overshooting. I was also looking at High 13's ET.

Then I am thinking about upgrading the secondary injectors before putting on a 3" TID. I was thinking 680cc's.
Then a custom FMIC followed by 2 upgraded Primaries
Then a Stage 4 BNR hybrid done to stock blown S5 turbo.
From there i will decide.
What do you think?
