I want to 5.5mm spacer all around on stock stud? is that safe or is bad to have spacer on stock stud?

It depends on the wheel itself, some have thicker hubs than others. If you can get 12 FULL turns of the lug nuts when putting them on with the wheels that you intend to use with the spacers then you'll be fine with that thickness of spacer.
