Safc Help!

okay.. we put an SAFC in my friend's RX7 today. it seems to be working OK but how do we know that it's adjusting fuel? I set the high throttle map to add fuel throughout the rev range and it seemed to be working OK BUT on the low throttle map I removed 50% of fuel EVERYWHERE and it didn't change how the car ran AT ALL. wtf?

Measure the voltage output of the S-AFC in relation to the input.

But remember that you are limited by what the ECU will allow. You cannot adjust fuel past what the ECU decides, since all you are doing is changing the AFM signal.

Try this. Idle the car and set the low throttle 1000 rpm point down as the car is idling. you should be able to kill the car with the safc turned down.

Nevermind Guy's, it's fixed.. I totally wired up the Input/Output wire incorrectly, with that fixed it works perfect now and controls the fuel just fine..
Not bad, only one mistake for my first time ever doing this!
