S5 Wiper Switch - Compatible with S4?

Quick question,

The relays on my wiper switch have been bad since I purchased the car, so I figured that I should take care of it once and for all.

I've got a replacement lined up, but it's from an S5 model. Are the two interchangable/compatible with each other?

Thanks in advance!

I put a used S4 into my S5 before I had the S5 rebuilt. Come to think of it, I still have the S4 in my '89 and the rebuilt on the self in the garage.

The wiper switches are interchangeable.

The only difference between S4 and S5 versions is that the hazard symbol does not flash (when the hazard lights are activated) on the S5 versions.

I'll buy your old broken switch from you if you don't want it, PM me for details.
