S5 TPS adjustment

I pulled my error codes today off a 89 gtu and all I have left is error code 12 and 18 witch is the corse and fine TPS sensors. I have herd many ways to adjust the S4 ones but how and the hell do I adjust S5 TPS's?

Same exact way. I used the test light.
