S5 TII swap wiring ... need help

Ok so I am doing an S5 N/A to a S5 TII Jspec swap and I am using the N/A harness and I just finished taking both off both harness and curious about a couple things. The photo's used are of the 2 engines exactly as they were I didn't move our switch anything so I am going on the assumption they are correct to begin with.

[RIGHT] S5 N/A ( larger image http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/860/16039076.jpg )

Ok so this confused me a little but this is what I assume.

#1 on left photo needs to be spliced into the n/a harness, unsure of where though...
A and B are both discarded...??
D connects where #2 is.
C connects where #3 is.
E connects where #4 is.

can anyone help me out and confirm this or correct me

now for the tranny....

[RIGHT] S5 N/A tranny ( larger image http://img241.imageshack.us/img241/556/10879173.jpg )

Now I know that the S5 TII doesn't have a 5th gear switch so I am assuming the following

1 and A are the neutral switch's and although they don't have the same connector I need to connect those probably by changing the connector over.

B and C just plug into where 2 and 3 are???

again if anyone can confirm this or correct me if I am wrong.

Also one last thing, I am not 100% sure where to splice the knock sensor into the N/A harness any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks again in advance guys.

1 - A (6PI solenoid plug (brown) - > turbo duty solenoid)
2 - D
3 - C
4 - E

B is the VDI solenoid plug, and will need to be cut off or adapted. The wire that runs from it to the ECU (consult wiring diagrams for color) will get connected to the knock sensor.

Transmission:

2/3 - B/C: Doesn't matter which way they're connected. This should be the Rev. switch. Green should be the 5th gear switch wires.
1 likely connects to A. It should be the neutral switch.
