S5 TII Questions

Ok, finally have some money again and can get back to work on my toy. I've got an '89 Mazda b2600 4x4 pickup that I'm putting an S5 TII engine in. At this point I have fixed the transmission and everything so it's all bolted up, but I seem to have reached a bit of a dead end with the wiring and plumbing.

My engine is a USDM S5 TII, which I know originally used the N370 ECU. What would I need to be able to use an N374? I seem to be find conflicting reports reading through other threads. What about USDM vs. JDM wiring harness? Whats the difference there, will either harness work with either ECU, or do I need the Jap. harness for the Jap. ECU and likewise for the USDM?

I have my fuel pump on a switch, so the fuel pump solenoid issue is taken care of I believe. All the sensors are still on the engine as well, so I should just be able to get the ECU and harness and hook it all up I believe... if you can think of anything I haven't by all means please do share!
