S5 TII engine into an 88 TII

i'm considering buying one of corksport's used j-spec S5 engines for my 88 10AE because my engine lost compression on the rear rotor and i just dont have the cash to buy a new engine from atkins or mazdatrix etc.. corksport seems to be a reliable company and had suggested the S5 as an alternate because they had no S4 engines in. what, if anything would i need to do to make the S5 engine work properly? i'm assuming bolting on my intake, emissions junk, on engine fuel system parts, etc. are there any wiring changes that should be made or anything that might make this more trouble than its worth? are there any advantages or disadvantages with this?

as long as you have your t2 motor next to it... its pretty easy.... you have to swap out the front covers.. because the s5 has an electric omp whereas the s4 has a mechanical... and then just put the s4 manifolds on, and the s4 waterpump housing, and your good to go... id leave the s5 turbo on there though

thats what i was thinking. i believe its a more efficient turbo and from what i've read it resists cracking.
