Question S5 TII ECU Numbers?

I wanna check if my ECU will work with this motor...Series 5 TII...what are the numbers...I believe they are N374 (but the first three digits are what matters right?)

I have used bouth and they work great, but would prefer the N374 (No 3k rpm worm up).

PM'd you. I have a N374 and wiring harness I was going to use in a 91 TII chassis I have, but gave up on the idea. If you need just the ecu let me know and check your PM. I'll sell the wiring harness later.
