S5 TII Automatic Tranny Waterpump Housing

Does anyone know what the threads are for the lower sensor in a s5 t2 waterpump housing? I believe this one had an extra sensor since the car was an automatic. I have my haltech sensor in the top hole, but csnt find the thread size for the bottom. I attached a picture of the stock sensor.

Thanks

I believe it was a temp. switch to turn on an auxiliary electric fan they had in front of the radiator.

Do you know the thread pitch so I can find either a plug, or an adapter to run a temp gauge?

I do not. Maybe someone else will chime in.

If no one can get you that information, just measure the outside diameter of the threads. Then just match up the pitch with any known bolt by mating the two threads.

if the threads are tapered, look into NPT thread sizes.
