I tried searching but got way to many results on useless stuff.
In that does anyone have a picture of how the TB should look if the car is off, the butterfly valves. Some of mine stay open all the time, don't know if they are supposed to or not.

The outer set of secondary throttle plates should be wide open with a warm/hot engine.
