S5 Taillights on an S4... Modifications?

S5 Taillights on an S4... Modifications?

Are there any modifactions that ill have to make to fit S5 round taillights onto an 87 S4 GXL? Someone said that you have to do somthing to makem work...

You have to cut off the hole back of the car and swap it for the S5 rear like i did . . .

In all seriousness, you have to either bend or cut a little off the inner side of the taillight hole to make them fit. Let me get to a link to show you.

ok ok ok .... so im lazy... that and it slipped my mind... so what that page is saying is that you dont tighten them down snugg and tight... should they look seamless? or hanging out a bit

btw, nice tariga top... looks dead sexy...

I didnt have to do either. i just didnt use the license plate holder... it fit like a glove
