S5 Taillight Seals/Gasket

Any place besides dealership to get this? Pretty damn expensive there so hoping to find an alternative.

I started making gaskets myself. It's a bitch, but if you get good with black RTV, you can do it.

If you have an old seal to kind of make a mold from and beef up, you can make one out of RTV

I just dip the deal into wet sand, let it dry, and then fill it with black RTV.

What about the seal on the lens though? Wasn't sure if the parts dude told me it was 50 for just that strip or including the back but sounds like it's close to 100 just for one side. So excessive for some seals.

I guess not, JtX. I will be in the same position some day, so figure something out. Its probably just a matter of finding the right material and cutting it our to fit. Sound easy.
