I have an 87 t2. I want to change my s4 trans for an s5 t2 for a taller final gear ratio. I like to know if i can keep my s4 clutch, pressure plate, flywheel or im going to need to buy s5 parts? Also what about the wiring? is it the same or will need to be rewired? anyone done this before?

Flywheel ETC belongs to the ENGINE as part of the rotating assembly,so the trans is OK to install.Just make sure you have the Cross member for that particular Transmission as you can't put a S4 cross member on an S5 Trans...and vice versa.
