ok i did a s5 swap into a s4 all the wiring all the motor all that.... i didnt have this problem the other day but today we took the dash out agian cause the clutch switch was being gay an i had to fix some wires.... but now that its back together we tryed to start it an i took the key out an the heater light was still on so i pushed the **** to see what the hell an the heat blower came on... them i checked lother things like a windshiled wipers still came on with out the key.... so im confused an dont know the **** is goin on... what could it be its pretty much a s5 but please some one help i even went over it with the wiring diagrams

 

check the Ignition switch and see if it IS in the Off position..It just maybe that you can take the Key out,while it is in the Accessory position,and that would be Why you can turn stuff on while the key is Out...If that is the problem,you have Two choices: live with it and watch where you have the Key position,Because you can Drain the battery with stuff on,Or Replace the Switch.
