s5 pillar mount

ive been looking for a series 5 dual pod pillar mount for a while now with no luck, are these extremely rare?
glowshift pillar mounts are labeled 86-88, so i asked a representative if they dont fit a 91 and the person said it will not. anybody know why?
does anybody have a brand they would reccomend?

The automatic seat belts can hit something you mount on the pillar. You'd need one that sits far enough down for it to not be in the way. S4s don't have the lame auto belts.

The Autometer dual pod can apparently be cut to fit around the belt track: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/dual-pillar-gauges-s5-755143/. I have one, and it doesn't go up that high.

Pic of it:

If you are using a single din sized aftermarket radio you can use one of the metal radio mounts with 3 gauge pod. Start a thread stating you're looking for a metal radio/gauge mount, they are fairly common.
