S5 PD Replacement, what parts are required?

I searched already, so put the flame throwers away, this is S5 specific.

I've been reading threads on pulsation dampers, them failing, and people replacing them, but I haven't really been able to find anything about the S5's. Most of what's said is that they're also subject to PD failures. I know that I'd have to replace the entire primary fuel rail to replace the PD on my S5, but what I want to know is what else will I need to do it? What gaskets, seals, plastic bits that disappear and so on should I buy before attempting this?

Would I only need a new primary rail, 2 new injector O rings and a new lower to middle intake manifold gasket? I looked at the FSM and it wasn't too helpful in this regard, and I don't have my Haynes manual with me here.

Thanks for your help.

I might be wrong, but I swear the S5 did not have a PD.

Buy a new OEM fuel rail and new orings/grommets for the injectors. May as well replace the fuel lines as well. Nothing else you really need to change. Just dont lose the plastic insulator that primary fuel rail bolts onto.

Also may as well replace vac lines under the UIM if you havent already.

Thanks, that's a good idea replacing the fuel and vacuum lines, as I'd have the manifold off, so I may as well do it while I have acess. Would anyone know how much and of what size fuel line I'd need to replace all of the lines that I could reach?

Is there anything else worth replacing or doing with the manifold off?
