S5 NA replacement for S4

Can I replace my S4 NA with an remanufactured S5 block? Will the old intake and exhaust manifolds fit? Do the injectors need to be upgraded? Do I need a new ECU or will it run O. K. I can replumb the oil and water lines if that's all that's required. Thanks

Just use the S5 shortblock and tranny... then use all S4 accesories
