S5 Logicon Amp Components - Capacitor / Cap, Transistor, IC / DIP

Here is a reference to all who may need part number look ups for the Logicon Amp components in the S5 RX-7.

The breakdown will go as follows:
Component P/N, Current Manufacturer, Manufacturer P/N, DigiKey P/N

Here is what I found (with photos):

1. Transistors.
1. a. C1815Y, Fairchild, KSC1815YTA, KSC1815YTACT-ND
1. b. 1001, Fairchild, FJN3305R, FJN3314RBU-ND (Obsolete, must research further)
1. c. C3225, Central Semiconductor Corp, MPS650, MPS650CS-ND
1. d. C2655, Toshiba Corp, 2SC2655 (Obsolete, must research further)

2. Capacitors:
2. a. 47uF, 10V, 105*C electrolytic type, Panasonic, EEA-GA1A470, P14478-ND
2. b. 33uF, 16V, 105*C electrolytic type, Panasonic, EEA-GA1C330, P14485-ND
2. c. 47nF, 25V, ceramic type, marked "25V 473M" (Obsolete, must research further)

3. Integrated Circuit (IC / 14-pin DIP)
3. a. uPC451C, Texas Instruments, LM2902N, 296-6599-ND

I also included spec sheets for transistors C2655, C3225, and IC uPC451C (LM2902N). If someone already has a source for the obsolete parts then feel free to comment.

Cheers,
George

What kills these things besides the cold solder joints is sitting. I have never heard of an RX7 not sitting at some point. Electrolytic capacitors need to be cycled and used or they will leak out and die.
