Is S5 Intercooler Integrated Into Intake Manifold Or Separate?

i have a quick question regarding the stock intake manifold for the S5 T2. stock it comes with that top mount intercooler. is it intergrated with the intake manifold? or is it a seperate part you can just remove independantly?

It's completely seperate.
If you get to doing any TB or TPS work, you have to pull it off every time you need to access the UIM area.

Many of us make temporary a bypass pipe so we can run the motor while making adjustments around the TB.
