i have a s4 i want to put the s5 intake manifold on what would i need to do.

get the proper S5 gaskets and bolt it on!
there is nothing all that different between them aside from the runner length. you will however need to run the s4 throttle body if you are using the S4 electronics and harness though, they are easy to swap over.

keep in mind this is not possible to do and retain legal smoggability since the S5 does not have an EGR valve, the S4 has one and the port is below the middle ports and the port will need to be blocked off with epoxy or JB weld.

my problem is the idle con vavle it doesnt pug to the wries, i put the s4 throttle body works good.
