s5 help

okay just as im about to put my car away for the winter i noticed everytime i step on the break while the car is on ...my rpm goes lower and the car shakes bad....its an 89 na...im think it grounding but need a place to start.. lookin

Check for a vac leak in the brake booster diaphram.

A small vac drop is normal as you brake & the BAC should compensate unless it has a problem.

The rubber diaphram can develop a crack that opens as you step on the pedal.
