The only wheel that BBS made for the RX-7 is the 15's on the convertable or the 16's on the Ifini (Japanese only) model.

Nope, not BBS

They are Enkie knock offs... the same company that makes the alum spare.

And they are painted and clear coated.

And why did you needed to start multiple threads on this??? Are you that impatient and that immature?

I stand corrected.

They are Enkie knock offs... the same company that makes the alum spare.

Which Enkei did they copy (or.. try to copy)?

And they are painted and clear coated.
The whole wheel is painted or just the inner spokes (i can't describe it, but the surface of the wheel seems brighter than the parts around the spokes that don't stand out as much)?

Maybe . Come on Marky, i only posted 2!!

a BBS style.

Enkie made the third gen wheels as well. Mazda has used them and BBS off and on for the last 25 years.

The hole wheel is paint or just the inner spokes?
The whole wheel is painted with a clear coat, the inner spokes, hub, and non polished parts are also painted with color

I know they are painted so they probably were clear coated but my dad took a buffer to mine and took the clear and paint off and polished them look so much better.

Thanks for the info Mark. I was wondering about it also when I saw this thread since I thought I remembered seeing somewhere they were a BBS "licensed" (is that right?) rim or something like that.

Didn't the spirit R came with much nicer BBS rims? Probably hard to find though .
