18 - throttle sensor (narrow range) - broken wire, short circuit - signal fixed at full open

need to adjust TPS?

I dont think its a adjsutable issue. Did you check for any deadspots in the TPS or check the readings?

you should be able to find one cheap enough to replace it, that's probably your best option
