S5 Block w/S4 accesories?

Well exactly what the title says. Can I use a S5 short block with S4 accesories? Or even a 13Bre or REW? Is there really any differnce in the outside, other than mabye the front cover needing swapped? Or the engine mounts for the REW?

Yes, you can use the accesories. Are you asking about turbo or NA? The 13brew, and RE are not going to be very compatible with your s5 block.

Sorry yes, a turbo block.

Actually I have a S4 TII and it will probably need a rebuild soon, so I was thinking of getting a S5 (or 13b re/rew) block rebuilt and put that in instead. Or I was just going to get a Jspec, but then I will need to get the ecu and wrining harness, plus it might be more work. (???) And then the fact that it has maybe 30k miles or so, and compression could be low, and I would be back where I started..
