S5 black dash in the S4 vert
I am changing the dash and I want to know what might I run into. I search the forum...but The information was quite confusing. I don't mind splicing wires and soldering. I

The gauge cluster is different
The dummy light setup is shaped diferent and the trim for it as well
the radio and logicon trim are different
thats all I know, I am sure theres more

I did this swap on my s4 with a black s5 dash. Make sure you get the brace with the dash... I didn't and got ripped off when I bought one. The only problem i ran into was the idiot cluster did not fit... but that's about it. The most problems i had was with the a/b pillars and seat belts. but since you have a vert... you don't have this problem.

How can you get the harness off. I just can't imagine it.
Does the harness have to ends that can be plugged in or does the harness has one plug. Pics would be nice.

Sweet man thanks....It would suck to pull off the dash and be like "Oh ****, the plugs are different" I keep hearing about different harness.
