S5 Alternator E Terminal

Hello fellow rotorheads. I have a question concerning an S5 alternator. I've searched the site but I can't seem to find any info.
The FSM states that a rotor coil inspection can be done by measuring resistance between E and L terminals on the alternator. The E terminal is illustrated in the book as being located directly above the hole that looks like a phone jack but there is no terminal there.

Is there a difference between US and Jspec alternators? Or is this a possible typo in FSM? Maybe someone can shed some light on this for me. Thanks guys.
