Is the S4 strictly carburetted?

 

Both S4 and S5 are electronic fuel injection. The only tuning that can be done is adjusting the cas rotation to advance or retard spark across the whole range.

Both however can be outfitted with an Rtek modded ECU that will let you fully tune the fuel and timing tables.
