S4 Vs S5....

Just have some quick simple s4-->S5 questions..
I have a 1990 NA, i bought some parts off of a S4.
I bought these....

Can i just swap my old ones out of my S5 and install the S4's? Is the plug the same and all that? I don't really want to pull everything apart and not have it work or something.

I also bought some cheap 6 inch speakers i believe. Anyways the guy told me the 1990 GXL's rear's are 4 inch and I would have to cut a bigger circle to allow them to fit. Has anyone done this before, if not will it work? Also can anyone tell me what dual voice coil speakers are?

Got a used whiper switch for my rear whiper off of another S4.. Will this work on my S5?

I also bought a K&N cone filter. It looks like i can just throw it on the end of my piping where the stock air box is. Can i do this or should i just leave my stock K&N air box there? Are there really any advantages to this on an NA? I just think the stock air box looks a little restrictive...

Thanks

Power Window Switches-yes

Speakers-you don't have to cut anything, just take the old speaker unit out, and get some circular mounting brackets from Crutchfield or somewhere, then bolt them right in.

Wiper switch should work

Stock airbox works well. However, if you want to throw a cone filter on you have to get an Air Flow Meter adaptor. It's just a small plastic bracket that the filter bolts on to. Generally you'll only notice a small HP gain in the upper RPM's, unless you put in a decent cold air box setup. So is it worth it? Yeah, just about everyone has one. You probably won't notice much though.

You don't need no stinkin adapter for the S5! Just get a cone filter with a 3" (I think?) opening and tighten it up. It's simple. You won't feel a difference in the power though. Just a little more noise that sounds a little ricey in my opinion.

stock box with k&n replacement filter works fine. You can also cut small holes on the cold air side of the air box to increase flow.. I have done this and have noticed a bit more bottom end torque along with a nice hp gain from my butt dyno.
