yes you can...i'm doing the same exact thing.
The only thing you will have to do is cut the tabs off the back of the S5 trim so that the trim will fit...the S4 doesn't have holes cut into the body for the S5 trim to fit...use 3M double sided adhesive to stick the trim on. u can get it at an automotive store!

is the tape the only thing keeping it on.....
i know you guys know what your talking about, but that seems like it would give way.....
and oh man how that would suck....flying down the interstate and all of a sudden the trim flys off into an unsuspecting ricer!

That is my question as well. I would really like to do this convertion but am afraid of the fit. I don't want to end up ghetto styling my car.

I know a guy who did the swap to his car, actually had it done by a body shop very recently....some of the trim is already peeling off. Id suggest an alternative method of adhering it.

I have a S5 rear bumper and the corksport (S5 trim) front bumper with the kit so I really need to find some S5 trim cheap but the junk yards in my area are rapists. they will probably say, "$15 each peice buddy".

I don't want to go through the drama of finding S5 trim for the rest of the car. Also I have to unpeel the old S4 trim.

isn't the trim on the s5 bumper actually part of the bumper??? I put one on my s4 and when I was painting, it looked like it was all one piece...

Thats right no holes!!!
NO there are no clips on S4 moldeing.

just cut the tabs off the back of the S5 trim and get the doublesided 3M adhesive, the automotive kind for molding, and voila ...u now have a S5 trimmed car!!!

between the s4 and s5, is there a difference in the moldings under the doors and on the underside of the fenders, below the body trim? s5's look wider sometimes-can this be swapped to an s4 as well?

the part i'm talking about is on the body, it looks kinda like there is a factory sideskirt (albeit a very subtle one) that just flares out slightly, making the car appear wider at the bottom. sorry, haveing touble explaining it
