S4, trade it in or part it out?
Okay, ive got an S4 w/ 110k right. White if that matters .. I am soon to get either an FD or RX8, the FD from a friend or the RX8 from a dealer. If I lean toward the 8 would I get more money trade in or by parting it out to the community here as well as ebay? Anyone who has parted out a car please share with me your experience. Specifications below-
Trade in value via KBB= $1700, be lucky to get $1400 from a dealer
Vehicle- 87' FC, base model, N/A
Modifications-
tanabe gf210 springs all the way around
tokico illumina 5-way adjustable shocks all the way around
off brand strut tower braces front and back
10k on OEM clutch
TII hood
I have a LSD w/ 80k on it as well as an open diff w/ 90k sitting around
FTP lenses intact
Damage-
front bumpers cracked on the bottom lip
exhaust is beyond repair
tranny has no 2nd gear, craves rebuild
driver side front fender beyond repair
phone dial rims... curb rash
interior is.. good in some areas not so good in others
The engine is solid, runs great. Never had one problem with the engine. Oil changes every 3k through its life.
A/C is intact, blows cold.
The car handles better than most cars on the road.
Whos got numbers, what did you make on your part-out OR trade-in and what do you think I would make either way?
Thank you all for your advice.

have you parted out a car or are you just sayin'? dealers dont take good stories. im stubborn so i would probably be able to pull off getting its full trade in eventually. theres only one mazda dealer in my area for miles though to my knowledge (shreveport LA)

Private sale would be my choice, you will prob get teh same, maby more $ (body condition depending) and it will go to someone who wants it, at a dealer, some retard will probably end up with it,
