This is how I did it.

find the green connector near the air filter.

There are three pins on the connector, as follows.

A B
C

Get two DMM's

Attach both DMM negative leads to pin C. Attach one DMM pos lead to A and one to B. Set the DMM's to read between 0 and 12 volts DC.

Warn engine. At idle one DMM should read 12V and one should read 0 volts. Adjust the TPS adjustment screw until you're there. Rev the throttle a few times to check and make sure the DMM readings have not changed. Once you're there you may have to adjust your idle screw.

i'm not sure about NA but if its a TII you have to remove the intercooler. So heat the car up to operating temperature then remove it and test. to rev the throttle you need to pull the throttle cable up into the open position.

heating the car up is not necessary
look at the thermowax, and just pull it away... and find something to jam it there....
