S4 TII motor blown, putting in S5 TII motor! Help!

Alright so recently my old s4 13bt blew an apex seal in the rear rotor =/ and i have since then acquired a s5 13bt with no harness.

Basically as of right now im wondering, what are all the steps that i need to worry about for pulling the old motor, as in what is the easiest way to pull the motor while still getting the whole harness unplugged?

Ill try to keep my progress of the swap updated!

Thanks

If you don't want to premix, switch front covers and tb from the s4 motor to s5. Use your exisiting harness.
Pull the motor with the harness since it would be easier for the 1st time.

What if i want to keep the harness in there so i dont have to worry about cracking wires and what not?

What all do i have to pull or take off to disconnect all of the harness?
