meaning fully modded? with the stock ECU and all the proper mods you could probably push out 350RWHP, with a standalone the sky is the limit, upwards of 900+ RWHP(alot of expensive mods obviously, PP, huge turbo, TONS of fuel, etc..) depending on how far you want to go.

as far as a jspec being plug and play, not that simple to toss a T2 into an n/a chassis, the wiring harness and ECU has to be swapped over as well and fuel pump and exhaust and a few other minor issues.

for s4 you have to swap ecu, wiring harness, afm, boost sensor and some other stuff.
for s5 you can use the same harness just swap ecu and a couple other small things.

Swapping it isnt that hard. Everything bolts right in. Youll have to get a downpipe (aftermarket like racing beat). Then you have to change the ENGINE wiring harness which in most cases comes with your engine from japan. It helps to have a us spec engine harness for tII but its not imperative. Then you need to run a new wire for your temperature sensor (the one under your oil pressure sending unit). Also, your two wires for the alternator need to be run again. Most of the details for this are on RotaryResurrections site. Also, depending on what you can get your hands on, you have to change rear end, half shafts, hubs, driveshaft. If you cant get those parts there are two options. 1 is to put your old flywheel from your na on it, get an upgraded clutch, put your old n/a tranny on, and then just put it together like it was your old engine. 2 is that you can retain your turbo II tranny for its strength, and just get a drifeshaft made at a driveline shop. That would be your best bet anyway.

hope that helped.

The term is "Plug and Play"... not plug ad play. And it is not a plug and play situation. Please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of this section before posting.
