s4 t2 problems

ok well the car under 3-4 rpm is very very very slow. if i dont slip the clutch enough to keep the rpms above 2 k at least the engine bogs so bad that the rpm hits zero but the car still manages to run. zero on the tach. and if i floor it at the point it time it makes no difference. the car seems like it is running very rich as i am getting 10 mpg and the exhaust smells like gas. ideas? i have a new exhaust coming in along with a new turbo so if its a exhaust probablem i alleady have that fixed. also the car has a very bad exhaust leak at the manifold to engine connection.

thanks-
carlos
