s4 to s5 wiring problems.

I converted my s4 se to an s5 turbo(.Motor is from japan.) I changed out every wiring harness in the whole vehicle. all is t2 except engine harness.(which i was told how to hook it up and just not use the stock boost controller)I got it to run but the power cuts out. also there is a ground wire that goes from the firewall to the trans. that seems to have melted from the inside. I am not good with wiring at all. is there anyone who might know what is wrong.. or how to fix it. if there is anyone in utah that is willing to come check it out or fix it, it would be appreciated.
thanks
