What is needed to do an S4 to S5 turbo conversion, I did a search and couldnt really find anything..

Did you do the search on this website? There's probably at least one thread on it on each page as you flip through the 2nd Gen section.


Seriously though, rotaryresurrection.com also has a good writeup on the differences and what you'd need to add to make it all work.
