Ok problem, when I take off the center Mazda circular piece, how the hell am I suppose to get to the bolt since the whole cover won't come off because theres two screws inside.... Long extension?

The two screws are INSIDE the cover, facing the back of the wheel...aka you can't get at them.

I assume you are attempting to remove a stock S4 2-spoke steering wheel:

-Remove the 2 screws on the back of the wheel (from the back)
-Remove the center nut with a long extension and remove the center section of the steering wheel
-Remove the steering wheel with an appropriate steering wheel pull
-Throw the hideous S4 steering wheel in the garbage and replace with a well designed S5 3-spoke, preferably leather-wrapped

Enjoy!
