s4 and s5 motor

s4 and s5 motor

Hello,

I have a new motor and I am trying to figure out if it is a s4 or s5 it has Electric Oil Metering Pump, That I know comes on the s5 but did s5 come with EGR valves because mine has a EGR valve and Electric Oil Metering Pump?

No EGR on S5s. It could be an S4 with S5 front cover, or a rebuilt S5 with S4 plates[s].

That's an S5, it has a plastic thermostat neck.

That's not an EGR valve, it's the air control valve (ACV).

And yeah, that's a S5 motor. The turbo is clearly S5 along with the OMP & water filler neck. I can tell it's J-spec too from the brake booster hardline on the LIM.
