i am doin a turbo swap in my n/a and was wondering how can you tell if a motor is s4 or s5. i bought the motor online, and they told me it was s4. i also bought a s4 t2 harness, from a friend, but it seems like alot of the plugs do not match up with the motor. so i was just wondering how can u tell if it is a s4 or s5 motor, i am thinking either i have a s4 motor with a s5 harness or a s5 motor with a s4 harness

 

s5 motors have an electronic OMP where s4's have a mechanical one. also the s5 UIM has two pipe things coming off the drivers side into the LIM.
