S4 to S5 intake swap=idle problems HELP!

OK newbie here,
I did the S4 to S5 upper and lower intake swap, meaning I put the S5 intakes on my 88, used the S4 throttle body, all new fuel and vacuum hoses, new O-rings & grommets for the injectors , I got rid of most of the emissions controls and their related sensors, solenoids and vacuum spider, I kept the air pump and AVC as I am using them to control the six ports and the VDI temporarily, anyway it starts up like a champ, but if you feather the accelerator pedal it revs slowly, but if you step on it hard it bogs then revs high, it you step on it normal it stalls, it you turn on the AC it stalls, if you engage the clutch it stalls, I have tried to adjust the idle everyway I can.

Also, right now I have the large port above the VDI port capped, I know it goes to the air sensor, but with the S5 setup where does it go from there, I already have both outlets from the air funnel in use, one for the metering oil bleeds and the other to the BAC.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like your secondary (5th and 6th) ports might be stuck open.

I'm not really sure, but my secondary sleeves are removed and my car does the same thing, although, it runs and such. It bogs down low and if I don't feather the clutch right i'll stall at a stop light (which sucks since I'm breaking in a new clutch), and when it gets over 4k it runs like a demon. So, check and make sure they're in right and get one problem out of the way.

P.s. I'm putting those sleeves back in soon. I need what little torque around town I can get.
