Question S4 to S5 intake manifold swap

I had heard that it is possible to swap the s4 intake manifold with the S5 one and that its basically a bolt on swap. Is this possible? If so is it worth it? thanks -JK

i did it and it does help if everything is working--VDI and the 6 ports. It takes a few hours and it does bolt up...the hard part is rerouting all the lines to its new locations! click on my site at bottom of sig to see it!
there is a write up that I followed on someones site on how to do this...search for the site on here

Hey thanks a lot for the info. The car looks great! Im looking to do the swap on my N/A. I hope that is generally the same deal. If anyone else has done the swap on an N/A engine please give me some advice.

Not a complete bolt on swap, and dyno testing has shown that you generally will loose some mid-range HP & torque for the little extra HP that you gain at the upper RPM unless the motor is ported, and you use a S4 lower intake mated to the S5 VDI/UIM.
