I know my turbo is good just my hot side housing is shoot. (huge crack and a few smaller ones on manifold and hot side of turbo. Need to know before I buy something that won't fit or work. Thanx Alot Xtrm

its a proprietary design. the s4 and s5 have different flanges as well so you will need to be using the same series manifold

I know theres a off set on the s4. I need to know what the s5 flange is? I'm bout to buy a greddy manifold and use a external gate. But run a s5 hot side and/or whole turbo set up on aftermarket manifold. ( until I can afford a turbo and a rebuild). Till then, one little thing at a time.

a s5 turbo wont fit on a t4 flanged manifold. the s5 is a PROPRIETARY design...you are going to need a t4 flanged turbo, custom downpipe, more fuel, standalone, tuner, fmic, etc. to run that set up. if you can't afford a stock turbo, you are better off looking for alternatives. this stuff gets expensive quick.

You could buy a blown s5 turbo and just use the hotside and manifold. The only mod you really have to do is cap the nipple for the twin scroll system. Also since you have it apart you could port the hotside really big.
