Front bumper will easily bolt up with little problems. There are a few fitment isues with the brake ducts on the S4 but it just needs to be trimed. For a full S5 conversion on the out side these are the parts that are different/you will need:

Front Bumper
Front Parking Lights
Rear Bumper
Full Set of Side Trim
Rear View Mirrors
Wing
Tail Lights With Center piece
(S4 sheet metal behind the tail lights needs to be cut or bent a small bit to accomidate the S5 units)

Optional Items:
(if you can find them)
S5 TII side skirts
(4 pices total)
S5 TII Front Lip
(replica being made by FC3S.org)

Hope this helps

they are a different shape and wont match the trim on the bumpers. If your going to go the route of painting the trim than just keep it S4 and paint the trim the color of the car.

Just paint your existing trim or fill it in. Why bother swapping body panels from an S4 to an S5?

because it looks better and dosent cost that much. I did both bumpers, side trim and tail lights for $350 + paint Looks much better than a body kit and is 1/4th of the price.
