Are S4 and S5 clutches the same

I just Bought a Spec clutch for my s5 and they sent me an S4 clutch according to the part numbers because they different Part numbers I was just wondering if they are the same or why they have different part numbers

From what I understand is they are interchangeable but the S4 has a thicker clutch disc.
