Question S4 LSD into S5

Hey guys what's up. I've got an '89 GTU (Open diff of course) and am wanting to swap an S4 clutch type in. Will it bolt right up? What problems have you guys run into in the past?

Also, how much does it cost to have it rebuilt?

Thanks a bunch. =)

As far as I know, It is a direct bolt up. I would also like to know how much a rebuild normaly costs. And to throw in another question, Iv been told a little about shimming the clutches in the diff, to make the lsd a little more 'grabby.' What are some ideas on that?
