s4 injector resistor thing

i was wondering if there is any way to test that turn **** thing on the airbox bracket to see if it works properly. and is that how to lean out or run your motor rich? thanks

Gee, you could've waited longer than 15 minutes?

I *think* the resistance range is 0 to 5k-ohms.
Check with the FSM - it's described there.
You can test this with a DMM that can read resistance.

The FSM tells you how to properly adjust it as well. I would suggest downloading a copy to read.

that is the variable resistor...

it only adjusts the mixture at idle under 1k rpms...
